Rates

Our standard hourly rate is $35 per hour. All administrative virtual assistant projects are billed on an hourly basis in 15 minute increments. At first glance this may appear to be a high rate, however studies have shown the real cost of hiring and keeping a full-time assistant at your own site is 2 to 2-½ times the cost of his or her salary. AWVBM is an independent contractor, clients don't have to pay taxes, insurance or any fringe benefits. There's no need for extra office space or equipment. Client only pays for "time on task."

Retainer Fees

We also offer our services on retainer at discounted rates. These are prepaid packages. The hours are non-refundable. Hours that are not used within the month do not carry over to the next month.

Additional Fees

Projects may accrue extra fees for items such as mail and delivery charges, telephone charges, travel time and expenses, and any office supplies specific to the client’s needs. Clients will be advised of all additional fees and billed in addition to normal service fees.
